Texas State Rifle Association PAC Endorses Shelton
Fort Worth, Texas – With two weeks to go until the Special Election Runoff for House District 97, Republican Mark Shelton announced that the Texas State Rifle Association PAC has endorsed his candidacy.
“Our campaign was elated to hear that we received the endorsement of the TSRA PAC,” Shelton stated. “The fact that organizations like TSRA are supporting my campaign is both humbling and energizing.”
Shelton received an “A” rating and endorsement from the TSRA PAC based on his commitment to protect Texans’ Second Amendment rights. He recognizes that the right to keep and bear arms is an integral part of the freedoms enjoyed by Texans and all Americans.
The Texas State Rifle Association PAC joins many other organizations endorsing Shelton, including: Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC, BACPAC – the political arm of the Texas Association of Business, Texas Medical Association PAC, and the National Rifle Association Political Victory fund, just to name a few.
The Special Election Runoff will be held on Tuesday, December 18, and Early Voting will be December 10 through December 14.
